I found some trouble keeping my idea in the form of guides on the board, so I thought I'd make a site where I can save everything. I must stress to my fellow members NOT TO REFER ANYONE OUTSIDE OF THE ALLIANCE TO THIS PAGE. This site is designed for our internal affairs, but does not implement accounts and passwords the way billraven's board does. I will for this reason try to keep everything in this site of minimal use to those outside our alliance.

I am in the process of designing a data base to keep all of our cities and assets information in, that can then calculate the assets readily available to the members. I would very much like to design an application to use right here on the internet, but I'm not sure how I would implement it. If anyone knows how to use Visual Basic with the internet, please contact me, as I believe this particular language would be beneficial to the design of the application. For now, I am experimenting with Microsoft Access to keep a database. The function I hope to create from this is to create a map of all our cities with details on resources and military assets, and to take into account how long assets will take to reach you or others. By doing this, the alliance can coordinate both trade and military movements more easily. Don't get your hopes up though =(
